Delivery Information
At Mixhome Design, we believe good furniture should balance style, comfort and everyday practicality. We carefully consider the materials, finishes, proportions and functionality of each design, while working with trusted factory partners to develop furniture that suits the needs of modern Malaysian homes.
Shipping Rates
Our delivery fee is charged per trip, to the same delivery address on the same delivery date, regardless of the number of furniture items delivered together. The delivery fee includes standard furniture delivery and installation where applicable.Delivery rates are also calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. The applicable delivery fee will be shown before you complete your payment.

Singapore delivery includes Singapore Customs Tax. For other delivery areas, please contact us for the applicable shipping rate.
How Is the Delivery Fee Charged?
The delivery fee is charged per trip, not per item. For example, if you order a sofa, dining table and bed and all items are delivered to the same address on the same date, the delivery fee is charged as one trip.
Order Confirmation & Status

Delivery & Set-Up
Our delivery team handles your furniture with care during transportation. Where applicable, our installation crew will assemble and set up the furniture at your home after delivery.
Order Holding
Need to delay your delivery? We can hold your order for up to 6 months from the earliest available delivery date, subject to storage availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange your preferred delivery timing.
Return & Refund Policy
All furniture purchases are final sale, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. If you notice a manufacturing defect or issue, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Where applicable, customers may reject the item upon delivery or arrange an exchange for confirmed manufacturing defects. Clearance items are excluded from exchange.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours. To request a cancellation, please contact us at +60162187017 and provide your order number.
Product Measurements & Natural Variations
Furniture measurements are taken by hand and may have a 1–2 cm variation. Natural materials such as wood, marble, stone, fabric and leather may vary slightly in colour, grain, pattern and texture. Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.
Furniture Disposal Service
Need help disposing of your old furniture? Our disposal service is available for customers receiving a furniture delivery from us. Fees start from RM50, depending on the size and quantity of furniture.
