DELIVERY

We will deliver your new purchase with the best of care. We use our own trucks and our own great crew to carefully deliver and set-up your new furniture. 

SET-UP

Our crew will set-up your new furniture on all delivered purchases, but we don’t install your personal electronics/televisions in any of our units as we prefer not to take the liability on them. We do not deliver in boxes or cartons. Every item is matched to your order, inspected for damages, and carefully wrapped in moving blankets and secured on our truck for delivery.

Once payment is made, we will make every attempt to deliver your purchases to you within 5 to 7 working days.

For models where we do not have ready stock, again upon payment, your purchases will be delivered within 10 to 14 working days.

Our crew'll call you a day before delivery.

If you provided a mobile number during checkout, you will receive the call from us:

• - 1 day before your delivery, we will call you with your AM or PM 2 hour time slot.
• - 1 hour before your delivery, you will receive a call to advise we are almost with you.
